1. Shipping Locations We currently ship across all over the India. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 Hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partners for delivery.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Typically, international orders may take 7-21 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above INR 499. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. Use this tracking number to follow the progress of your package in real time.

  • If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 2 times. If the delivery fails after these attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases, you may need to bear the reshipping cost, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

7. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

  • We will keep you informed in the event of any delay and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

9. Changes to the Shipping Address

  • Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.
